Fine tip
Fine-tipped acrylic marker sets are a happy medium for those looking for a pen that can handle both colouring and thinner line. The line formed by the fine-tipped marker is approximately 1mm thick.
The tip of these markers is essentially a stick of porous fiber. It's not as hard as the extra fine-tipped markers (which are made of plastic), so the ink doesn't run off the pen even when used on very uneven surfaces.
The markers have a replaceable tip. The other side of the tip is not for painting, but for the flow of paint from the marker. If it is destroyed or worn away, the mechanism of the whole marker can be disturbed.
The great advantage of acrylic markers is the possibility of using them on all types of materials (paper, textile, stone, canvas, ceramic, metal, wood and many others). The markers are filled with high quality Italian water-based ink, which excels in its covering properties. The inks are smooth, glossy and opaque. The resulting product is waterproof and lightfast, so colours remain bright and do not fade.
If your goal is more precise work with more details, we also recommend using markers with extra fine tip.
We recommend storing acrylic markers with a fine tip lying down.
